Members of this workspaces have practical and easy-to-use communication tools for exchanging information (library, discussion forum, sharing an agenda, etc.).

A workspace is composed of members, identified on the Home Page using a login & password. Each workspace is managed by the Workpackage Leader. Each leader may introduce new members to participate in the online workspace. After having logged in, such member may access the various workspaces in which he/she shall have enrolled.

Tools available to members:

• Each member is able to:
  • post a document that is only viewable by members of a particular workspace
  • propose a discussion theme via an online forum reserved for workspace members
  • view the agenda common to all workspace members
  • send an email to workspace members.
• An e-mail alert is sent to all workspace members for each new contribution.
